We’re looking for a unique personality to assist Jill Biggs, the owner and team leader of The Jill Biggs Group, who has sold over $1 billion in real estate in Hudson County and is just getting started. Our ideal candidate will have a high-energy hustle while being great with high-end, demanding clients. Someone who can solve problems quickly, is highly detail-oriented, and is used to working in a very fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Enabling the boss to focus on her highest priority activities. Having the situational awareness to know what can be handled by others and what can't. Performing usual EA tasks: phones, texts, emails, scheduling, calendar management. Handling personal assistant tasks: running errands, scheduling personal events, etc. Other administrative tasks as needed to support the larger team. Overseeing office events and other projects. Completing any other tasks that need to be done that day. Qualifications Previous relevant experience, especially around supporting high-performing salespeople. Highly organized and thoughtful with a pleasant, personable demeanor. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Discreet, dependable, and mature, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Ability to pivot & shift quickly and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
