This role will interface well with all levels and departments of the company and its clients and partners, so the successful candidate will maintain a high degree of approachability and represents the executives and themselves in a professional and positive manner.The ideal candidate will embrace change, have an agile mindset, and be willing to jump into any situation and problem-solve.They look forward to the challenge of tackling a project they've never done before and willingly step in to assist with other roles and functions as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand organizational structure and strategic objectives, cascading key messages
- Research and develop documents and presentations in preparation for meetings
- Anticipate, monitor, and organize schedules according to executive priorities
- Actively manage and prioritize calendars, plan internal and external meetings and videoconference calls, book and maintain travel, create detailed itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements for executives
- Create and distribute professional correspondence in traditional and electronic formats
- Correspond on behalf of the executives with partners, stakeholders, clients, and colleagues as directed
- Prepare expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, work independently with minimal supervision, take on multiple tasks, shift priorities quickly, prioritize and achieve timely and thorough completion of assignments. Ability to coordinate the input of others in these circumstances.
- A "sense of urgency," demonstrated experience working at the C-suite level, working beyond the normal workday.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to form and maintain effective working relationships. Must be a team player and assist other EAs when the need arises and share information. Willingness to provide support on other projects or sectors of the company.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and key attention to detail; demonstrated track record of managing projects.
- High level of emotional maturity and professionalism. Ability to work in a discreet manner. Maintaining privacy and confidentiality is a must.
- Well-developed and effective written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent grasp of English grammar, punctuation, and format.
- Exceptional computer skills including intermediate or higher-level proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
- Experience making travel arrangements.
