Executive Assistant – Westbrook area

A.R. Mazzotta is working with a company to find an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President of their organization.
Compensation: up to $25 per hour based on experience, plus benefits package.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Managing Schedules and Calendars: Organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Communication Handling: Drafting emails, documents, letters, and answering and screening calls.
  • Meeting Preparation: Preparing agendas, gathering and organizing documents, taking meeting minutes when necessary.
  • Project Management: Assisting with specific projects, compiling reports, and tracking deadlines.
  • Office Management: Managing budgets, coordinating with other departments, overseeing administrative tasks.
  • Liaison Role: Acting as a point of contact between the President and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years administrative support experience, preferably supporting C-Level Management.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Experience managing executive schedules.
  • Meeting and event coordination experience.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
