Executive Assistant to CEO & Leadership Team Leading Wellness Brand

Location: Ogden, Utah (Hybrid)

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 7+ years supporting C-level executives

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and senior leadership team of a leading wellness brand. Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate complex schedules for the CEO and key executives, ensuring seamless meetings and appointments.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and organize domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the leadership team.
  • Event Planning: Organize internal events, offsites, and executive meetings to foster collaboration and culture.
  • Office Management: Provide occasional administrative support for office operations, ensuring a smooth in-office experience on hybrid workdays.
  • Document Management: Create reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and solve problems independently.
  • Experience coordinating travel and logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to travel as needed.
