Join our team as an Executive Assistant, providing essential support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and staff. This role involves maintaining corporate records, managing documents, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain corporate files and documents.
  • Assist with document management for pole attachment agreements.
  • Prepare annual meeting materials and correspondence.
  • Manage travel arrangements and director's expenses.
  • Support the Engineering Department with clerical tasks.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience; familiarity with engineering drawings is a plus.
  • Associate degree in business administration or related field (experience may substitute).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
