Project Manager/Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Project Management
•Assist in the definition of project objectives to determine scope of work, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, technical feasibility, etc.
•Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
•Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
•Update leadership on project status, escalate issues as necessary

Executive Support
  • Assist Executive leadership with daily administrative duties as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls, compose and prepare correspondence
  • Manage an active calendar of appointments, compile documents for meetings
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries and agendas, complete expense reports
  • Manages sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Communicate with the general staff on the Executive's behalf
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  • PMP strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant support experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the healthcare industry is preferred
•Working knowledge of charitable, non-profit, ministry, foundation, and/or donor related subject matters
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Need to be a team player with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
