Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
Manages arrangements, prepares board portal and PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings of the Board Audit & Finance Committee. Coordinates scheduling, food service arrangements and special needs. Generates and maintains files for reports and minutes. Prepares all correspondence and reports for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement and for division as requested. Composes and edits correspondence. Provides research for projects, surveys and/or applications.
Prepares agenda, maintains reports and audit documents for the Corporate Compliance Committee meetings and provides support to Corporate Compliance Officer for other compliance related activities. Tracks and maintains file of Business Associate Agreements.
Maintains & manages schedules for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement, and other Directors in the Finance Division as needed. Reads, analyzes & researches incoming mail & e-mails to determine its significance, distribution and/or follow up. Answers phone and screens/directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Develops and maintains department records and files to ensure timely and accurate access to required financial information. Reads, analyzes & researches incoming mail & e-mails to determine its significance, distribution and/or follow up. Answers phone and screens/directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Performs other duties as assigned.
