As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support and assisting with accounting-related responsibilities. Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events
Manage and maintain accurate and organized financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing the office calendar and ordering supplies
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Support the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and other tasks as needed
Support the management team with various projects and tasks as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Attends meetings and records minutes
Reads and analyzes incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and then distributes to the appropriate individual.
Prepares agendas and makes arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons and other meetings.
Manages and maintains executives' schedules.

Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate persons or takes messages.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Strong skills in accounting and financial management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, such as QuickBooks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
