Project 562 is hiring: Executive Assistant to Creative in Seattle
Project 562, Seattle, WA, United States
Job Description
Project 562 is seeking an exceptionally bright, motivated and team-oriented individual to support the Creator and Director as an Executive Assistant.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with the possibility to become full-time. The work will be partly in-person and partly remote -- these terms can be negotiated. For the right candidate, this flexibility will be part of its appeal. If you are interested in storytelling and social impact you will learn a great deal. One of the special aspects of this position is that it can be partly molded around your own interests and abilities, and for the right candidate, will certainly evolve over time to align with your strengths and ambitions.
Project 562 is a Native American led organization that seeks culturally aware, competent and diverse candidates. This exciting role requires a strong leader with good judgment, an eye for accuracy, consistent character, and the unique ability to attend to details and get things done in an organized fashion. A high level of integrity and professionalism is critical, as is a good sense of humor. A proven track record of taking initiative, working independently, delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations is important.
The most successful candidate will be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence, possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. He/she will also have other “special” skill-sets that add value to the ongoing efforts of Project 562; experience in areas such as public-relations, social media, video editing, graphic design, web-design, grant-writing, and proposal-writing are all indicators of an ideal candidate.
