An Executive Assistant is needed for a top-producing real estate team in Howard County. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is a forward thinker willing to go above and beyond to provide a high level of service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months
- Stipend Benefits
- Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period
- Rapid growth potential
$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist owner with business and personal tasks
- Maintain databases and lead systems
- Ensure accountability
- Handle requests and queries
- Manage checklists for buyers/sellers
- Oversee transactions from contract to close
- Improve operational systems
- Primary client contact
- Manage marketing (social media, website)
- Schedule appointments
- Provide five-star client service
- Manage office operations and budgeting
- Support clients through the closing process
- Eventually, hire and train team members
- This person will LOVE checklists and "to-do" lists and will love paperwork.
- At least 2 years experience as an executive assistant
- College degree preferred
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Social media experience required
- Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Works independently and supports the team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Discreet, confidential, and customer-focused
- Willing to obtain a real estate license (reimbursed)
- Comfortable with strong personalities
- Must love to-do lists and have a CAN-DO attitude
- Willing to handle any task to support agents in selling
