We are seeking confident, self-starting, resourceful, and persuasive individuals who will promote hospice care services to hospitals, physicians, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities. This position will play a crucial role in coordinating business growth with a dedicated team.
Responsibilities of Hospice Account Executive include:
· Achievement of monthly Personal Production Goals and Admit budgets for assigned locations.
· Successfully executes a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development including prospecting/diversification and call frequency/routing. Plans activity to maximize territory coverage of both existing and prospective accounts.
· Responsible for executing effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral community and clearly communicate the features and benefits of Medi.
· Works closely with the Director of Marketing to drive a vision of growth.
· Responsible for all sales administration duties including, CRM.
· Maintains knowledge of Medicare and State specific hospice regulations.
· Obtains physician's order for specified treatments and participates in the referral process.
· Promote MSA's entire umbrella of services across the hospice continuum
Job Requirements
· Physician sales experience
· Knowledge of the nearby hospital and Physician marketplace, with established contacts.
· Prior experience with marketing and business development in hospitals is required.
· Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and consistently meet established quotas.
· Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record and company required auto liability insurance.
