This role provides Executive Administrative support to the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) within HP’s Sustainable Impact and Compliance (SI&C). The position is based in Houston and requires experience in a fast-paced environment supporting executive leaders.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing advanced tactical and strategic administrative support to upper-level executives, managing key records, preparing reports, and handling executive presentations. This includes managing executives' calendars, scheduling complex meetings, and overseeing executive travel.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CSO and Chief of Staff to create a seamless working environment for the team.
- Manage scheduling for the CSO, including agendas, mail, email, and client management.
- Keep the CSO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the CSO's leadership.
- Schedule domestic and international travel for the CSO and coordinate site visits.
- Set up logistics for meetings and maintain professionalism with all materials.
- Drive operational efficiencies through the development of repeatable processes.
- Act as a delegate for senior executives in specific company systems.
- Assist in developing presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Operations Executive Assistant community.
- Supervise entry-level executive assistants or administrative support staff.
Education & Experience Recommended
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of related work experience in senior administrative support.
Preferred Certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Expert knowledge in HP systems and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration programs.
- Ability to design and edit presentations using graphic software.
