This role provides Executive Administrative support to the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) within HP’s Sustainable Impact and Compliance (SI&C). The position is based in Houston and requires experience in a fast-paced environment supporting executive leaders.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing advanced tactical and strategic administrative support to upper-level executives, managing key records, preparing reports, and handling executive presentations. This includes managing executives' calendars, scheduling complex meetings, and overseeing executive travel.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CSO and Chief of Staff to create a seamless working environment for the team.
  • Manage scheduling for the CSO, including agendas, mail, email, and client management.
  • Keep the CSO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the CSO's leadership.
  • Schedule domestic and international travel for the CSO and coordinate site visits.
  • Set up logistics for meetings and maintain professionalism with all materials.
  • Drive operational efficiencies through the development of repeatable processes.
  • Act as a delegate for senior executives in specific company systems.
  • Assist in developing presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Operations Executive Assistant community.
  • Supervise entry-level executive assistants or administrative support staff.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of related work experience in senior administrative support.

Preferred Certifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Expert knowledge in HP systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration programs.
  • Ability to design and edit presentations using graphic software.
