Position: Executive Assistant, Full Time, Household Manager Location: Manhattan, New York Lower East Side and Remote A working couple in the East Village needs to hire an extremely well-organized Executive Assistant/Estate Manager to support the business functions of a family office as well as their private lives. This role requires a seasoned EA/EM who knows how to organize and pursue work goals, as well as structure and organize a busy, sometimes complex lifestyle. Responsibilities Managing routine administrative business functions Special projects (research and execution), professional and personal Managing professional and household calendars Planning travel Developing and implementing household policies, procedures, manuals, and maintenance schedules Sourcing, vetting, and managing staff and vendors as needed Maintaining meticulous electronic files The general schedule is Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM though flexibility outside business hours is a must (a large portion of this role can be performed remotely though candidates must be local in order to be on-site approximately 1-2 times per week.)
