About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission-driven, diversified farm. The successful candidate will be the top senior leader, overseeing all day-to-day operations, including land-based agriculture, market and events space, food service, and hospitality teams. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a passion for land conservation, food production, and community engagement. The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic management, team development, operations, financial management, and will serve as the key ambassador for the company's values and story. They must have a proven track record in executive leadership, strong business and financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a background in executive leadership, with experience in managing diverse, mission-driven teams. While not mandatory, experience in agricultural or hospitality settings is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to recognize and capitalize on strategic business opportunities, and a passion for the company's mission.
