Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead our young adult dual diagnosis facility. This facility provides specialized care to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring high standards of care, managing a dedicated team of professionals, and working closely with stakeholders to enhance the facility's impact.

The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership background in behavioral health, particularly in dual diagnosis treatment, and a passion for improving the lives of young adults facing mental health and addiction challenges. Experience in an Executive Director or similar leadership role is required, and experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the facility.
  • Develop and implement programs and services that provide comprehensive treatment for dual diagnosis.
  • Manage and mentor a team of clinical and administrative professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, financial planning, and fundraising efforts.
  • Work closely with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Drive the strategic direction of the facility in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive or senior leadership role within behavioral health or healthcare settings.
  • Proven experience working with dual diagnosis populations, preferably with young adults.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management, regulatory compliance, and clinical standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to leadership.
