About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Fire Suppression Sales in the AMERICAS region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large sales team to drive profitable growth in the fire suppression products division. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing and expanding sales through various channels, and leading a high-performing team. The Executive Director will also be involved in account planning, utilizing CRM tools, and working with cross-functional teams on product launches and pricing strategies. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 12 years' experience in global sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. The role requires a proven track record in strategy implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and strong leadership and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, the ability to influence complex stakeholder groups and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. The focus is on driving revenue and profit targets, and the Executive Director will be expected to work closely with various teams to ensure the success of the sales function in the region.
