About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Bowdon, Georgia campus, which is dedicated to serving the behavioral and mental health needs of children, families, and communities. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Master's degree in Human Services or a related discipline, significant leadership experience in a multi-service, human services, or similar organizational setting, and a minimum of four years in the childcare field. Licensure as a clinical professional is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with competencies in areas such as communication, benchmarking, developing people, and quality improvement.
