As an Executive Director, you will significantly influence the organization by establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes our residents' well-being and satisfaction. By fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst our staff, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services tailored to the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, your commitment to community engagement and relationship-building will enhance the facility's reputation, attracting resources and support that further elevate the resident experience.

Schedule:

  • Weekdays
  • On-call 24/7 for Emergencies; available via phone
  • No onsite holidays
  • Rotating MOD weekend

Requirements:

  • Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Required)
  • Management experience (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in long-term care (Preferred)
  • High school diploma (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • VA Medication Certification Course (Preferred)
