We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. The ideal candidate must have Ortho experience, be proficient in taking X-Rays and be able to make excellent temporaries efficiently and be bilingual (Spanish), Fast learner, hard-working, outgoing, adaptable, & self-motivated. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has an associate's degree from a certified school and previous experience as a Dental Assistant/RDA. Responsibilities
. Prepare patients for treatment or checkups ensuring their comfort
Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials as needed
Sterilize instruments according to regulations
Undertake lab tasks as instructed
Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges as needed
Take impressions, pour, and trim models
Take proper x-rays and intra-oral photographs
