Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Grading Crew Lead to join our team. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing grading projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise grading projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for the crew
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Operate heavy equipment such as excavator, bulldozer, skid steer etc.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the grading industry
- Strong knowledge of grading processes, techniques, and materials
- Efficiently operate heavy equipment including but not limited to skid steer, excavator, bull dozer, off-road dump truck etc.
- Ability to perform ground work when needed

- Knowledge of reading site plans

-Must have a valid driver's license
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
