Job Title: Heavy Machine Operator

Exempt/Non-exempt: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

· Operates Machine

· Separates parts from scrap

· Checks parts

· In machine stops, check the machine

· Follow Supervisor’s and Foreperson’s instructions. Communicate with other employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be 18 years or older.

· Ability to operate machines.

· On the job training.

· Must be able to understand all essential functions. In approximately one month, candidate should have a good understanding of the job.

· Good use of common sense.

ENVIRONMENT:

100% performed in plant facilities with extensive noise and machinery running

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 50 pounds.
