What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating industrial equipment like front end loaders and skid steers to move materials and help keep production moving forward.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials with precision and care (because your work is the backbone of our operation).
• Inspecting and maintaining your equipment daily — because a well-oiled machine is a happy machine!
• Following safety procedures like it’s your second nature (we like our equipment, but we like you even more!).
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals (because a team that works together, moves heavy equipment together).
• Troubleshooting any equipment issues (when that front-end loader decides to take a nap, you’ll be the one to get it back to work).

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Experience is Required: You should have experience operating front end loaders and skid steers or similar industrial machinery. We need someone who is comfortable behind the wheel and knows their way around heavy equipment in a manufacturing setting.
