Scrum Master at Manpower Group in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Scrum Master We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring team collaboration and consistent delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: + Facilitate and support multiple Scrum teams, guiding them to self-organize and improve continuously. + Promote Agile/Scrum practices and coach team members on best practices, ensuring effective collaboration and innovation. + Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, sustainable productivity, and a high level of transparency. + Recognize and address conflicts within teams, facilitating discussions to identify alternative solutions and drive consensus. + Lead efforts in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery by maintaining a sustainable and focused team pace. Required Skills & Knowledge: + Solid understanding of software development processes and procedures. + Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including values and practices. + Strong servant leadership, conflict resolution, and situational awareness skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong facilitation and mentoring abilities. + Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous learning in Agile/Scrum through training, user groups, or conferences. Desired Qualifications: + Knowledge of Agile techniques such as TDD, ATDD, continuous integration, and paired programming. + Experience with other Agile frameworks like Kanban or XP. + Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) preferred. + Hands-on experience using Agile tracking tools such as JIRA, VersionOne, or Team Foundation Server (TFS). + Understanding of the technologies used by teams to deliver software solutions. + Prior experience in coaching Scrum teams across an organization and Blues experience is a MUST .
