Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Practices : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings. Ensure agile principles are followed and help teams stay focused on project goals.
Remove Obstacles : Identify, track, and resolve any issues that hinder the team's productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges proactively.
Coach and Mentor Teams : Guide teams in the application of agile/scrum principles and practices. Encourage continuous improvement and support team members in achieving personal and team objectives.
Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders. Ensure clear, consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
Track and Report Progress : Use agile tools to track team progress and productivity metrics. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
Ensure Alignment : Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the team is aligned with the project vision and prioritized backlog. Help maintain a clear focus on value delivery.
Promote a Collaborative Environment : Foster a positive, collaborative environment on-site where team members feel empowered and motivated to contribute fully to project goals.
Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in the agile process and implement changes to drive efficiency, quality, and team satisfaction.
Skills Required :
Experience : 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing agile teams in a collaborative, on-site setting.
Should have financial domain experience.
Certification : Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or similar agile certifications preferred.
Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities : Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges, with a focus on enabling team success.
