Salary: Market/Negotiable
Strong experience as Scrum Master who should - Facilitate Periodic Stand-ups - Conduct regular stand-ups to discuss progress, identify blockers, and foster team collaboration
Board Management - Ensure the board is up-to-date, reflecting the current state of tasks and progress
Process Improvement - Identify and implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows, enhance team productivity, and ensure clear communication
Stakeholder Communication - Support the analytics leads by ensuring they have essential information for discussions with stakeholders on prioritization and resource allocation
Performance Monitoring - Track frequent blockers and metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and throughput to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency of execution
Should connect with team frequently to get updates; Identify impediments and provide suitable resolution
Follow up with the requestor on the roadblocks; Follow up with team members to get regular updates
Create Dashboards as per request from Leads; Conduct periodic Retrospective calls
Understands analysis workflow in a Pharmaceutical setting and worked in a regulated environment
Excellent and persistent communicator with experience on teams with both technical and managerial members
Good To have - Should have Data Analytics experience; Health care/Life science knowledge will be added advantage
Ability to lead and motivate others; Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong customer service & customer facing skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills; Strong organizational and analytical skills
Be proactive and take strategic decisions and suggest best practices
