Junior Scrum Master

Must be local to the Atlanta area and work a Hybrid schedule

Duration: 6+ month contract to hire

Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 2- 3 days a week onsite

Rate: $45-$55 hourly w2

Our industry-leading client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Scrum Master to join the team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for teaching and facilitating Scrum Practices and removing team impediments to form a high performing team and delivering the product to the market.

Qualifications for the Scrum Master:

• Minium of 3 years’ experience serving as a Scrum Master
• Efficient with Agile tools such as Rally and Clarity
• Local to the Atlanta area and able to work a hybrid schedule
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment
• Strong passion for Agile principles and practices
• Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling model
• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to work with offshore teams
• Experience with leading Agile Framework
• Agile Certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
