Insight Global is hiring: Scrum Master/Project Manager - INTL LATAM in Textile F

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager for one of their large media and entertainment clients. This will be 6 month contract with extensions, fully remote and will follow pacific standard time. This person will be joining the Program Management organization that supports multiple initiatives and projects related to the internal digital and media asset management system. This organization is responsible for processing and distributing content to Live, Linear and Non-linear platforms across internal and external partners. This Scrum Master/Project Manager will be specifically supporting the DevOps team (that acts like a shared service) in this org. You will work alongside the Product Owner to help manage the work of this team and make sure they are in line and not taking on more than they need to. You will be facilitating and supporting teams progress towards successful delivery of team goals which are derived from customer requests within the client's businesses. You will be facilitating all agile ceremonies alongside the Product Owner including refinement, iteration planning, retrospective, demos and daily standups and ultimately facilitate and support team progress towards successful delivery of team goals. Skills and Requirements · 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master - running daily standups; retrospectives, backlog refinement and sprint planning · Experience as a Project Manager including project planning, reporting, tracking timelines and understanding/prioritization of objectives · Experience leading 2 Scrum Teams · Experience with SAFe framework: PI Planning (aka Quarterly Planning), Working with teams to create Objectives/Goals from the work that they plan, Tracking risks and dependencies · Experience with Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence) · Experience working within enterprise organizations · Technical knowledge experience supporting DevOps related projects (this person will be the Scrum Master over a DevOps team that works with AWS, CICD etc) media/entertainment experience or experience supporting and working with a media asset management system or digital asset management system null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
