We are taking applications for a Master Mechanic

Job Summary

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair and replace parts on vehicles.

General Accountabilities

• Performs a full range of skilled automotive repair work, such as minor tune-ups, electrical system servicing, timing chain replacements, brakes, trans swaps, suspension components, engine swaps and more.
• Vehicle diagnostics
• Vehicle test drives
• Estimates the cost of automotive repairs.
• Operates and maintains automotive shop equipment.
• Performs minor welding and brazing work.
• Keeps records and creates reports pertaining to repairs performed.
• Use Mitchell1 shop software for quoting and work orders
• Assist with ordering parts if needed

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 8+ years automotive repair experience
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Master State Certifications
• Must have own tools
• Must have a valid drivers license
