Onboarding & Client Master Data - Solution Architect
The Wealth Management Data Platform is going through an extensive Data Modernization moving from On-prem infrastructure to Cloud Technologies for both Self-Serve Analytics and operational runtime needs. We're also focused on creating a wholistic Customer Data Platform and Client 360.
We're looking for a solution architect to join our team to lead our Onboarding/ Enrollments data workstream. You will be responsible for driving application and data architecture for creation of a Central Client Profile and a WM Client Master record.
This role will require you to partner with Enterprise MDM team on data matching, merging and survivorship rules to ensure WM business unit needs are factored in the enterprise solution. As a custodian of WM Party/ Account and Legal agreement data, you will understand how this data will be used across WM and all the consuming WM systems and also understand source system rules and help influence system integrations needed.
You will create the end-to-end vision of the data flow diagram and develop logical data models into physical data repositories. Closely work with MDM Core, ETL, Service and Support team for various design, analysis and production INCs to guide them.
Provide suggestion for automation of the manual processes for data remediation and engage with teams on implementing automation.
Excellent written and oral business communication to explain the system incident or development work. Implementing the features using Agile methodology.
Must have:
• Hands on experience in MDM with excellent understanding of PME( Probabilistic matching engine) etc
• Experience or knowledge of Azure Data services including Azure Data Lake gen2, Azure Synapses, Azure Event Hub and Analytics and Data Bricks to support various ongoing data solutions
• Programming Languages: Java/ Python
• Strong data analysis skills needed to understand and establish linage from multiple legacy source systems and present it to partners.
• Must have critical thinking and investigative approach to resolve multiple data issues across many source systems connected to MDM.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading multiple teams Experience in Banking industry is must specially in Asset Servicing, Wealth and Asset Management domain.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and experience in information system architecture methodologies, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
