**Position Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Master HVAC Installation Technician who is proficient in installing a wide range of HVAC systems, including boilers, residential split systems, and more. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of HVAC installations, with a focus on delivering superior quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install a variety of HVAC systems, including boilers, residential split systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and more.
- Perform all aspects of HVAC installations, including electrical wiring, refrigeration, ductwork, and piping.
- Ensure installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members, including project managers, sales staff, and other technicians, to ensure smooth and efficient installations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and provide detailed reports to management.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and installers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear instructions and information about the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC installation technician.
- Master-level knowledge of HVAC systems, including boilers, residential split systems, and all sides of HVAC installations.
- Extensive experience with both residential and light commercial HVAC installations.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and building codes.
- EPA certification and HVAC license required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
