Hourly plus Efficiency Bonus levels can be up to $50 an hour!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Accurately perform all repairs and maintenance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with group leader and advisor
- Follow safety procedures when working with tools and equipment
- Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and accuracy
- Perform high-quality work and uphold high standards of workmanship
- Complete work as assigned in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Follow Manufacturer guidelines and rules.
- Perform Quality Work
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- FULLY CERTIFIED FORD MASTER TECHNICIAN
- At least 5 years OEM dealership experience is required.
- Missouri State and Emission Inspector licenses Required
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license - Must be clean
- Must be able to pass drug tests (Initial and random)
- Must be able to clear background check - no criminal history
- Working knowledge of diagnostic systems, methods, testing equipment, and tools
- Full set of tools (we provide all specialty equipment)
