Job Summary: Closet Factory is seeking a skilled Factory Team Member to join our growing team in Oklahoma City.
As a Factory Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of custom closets and home organization systems.
This is a full-time, hourly position, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to the success of our company.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, eligible employees will also receive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing of custom closets and home organization systems according to design specifications.
- Operate various tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble cabinets, drawers, shelves, and other components.
- Assist in cutting, sanding, and finishing materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain strict quality control on all of your work
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or materials as they arise.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project progress and any potential delays.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in custom cabinetry or woodworking is a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
