We are offering an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the Financial Services industry, based in Chicago, Illinois! Your primary role will be to collaborate with our client's team to analyze and rectify a regulatory issue, conduct deep data analysis of a substantial loan portfolio, and perform data mapping activities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to address regulatory concerns.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis of a substantial loan portfolio.
• Identify data locations and gaps within the loan portfolio.
• Execute data mapping tasks.
• Liaise effectively with C-level executives to generate detailed requirements documents.
• Demonstrate proficiency in working with Data on a Cloud/Azure platform environment.
• Present and demonstrate high-level data requirements plans/documents to the Business.
• Expect onsite work in Chicago suburbs for part of the week.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Extensive knowledge of business systems and CRM is crucial.
• Experience in performing Gap Analysis.
• Ability to conduct AB Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Backlog Grooming experience.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions.
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents is crucial.
• Experience in the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Data Mapping.
