Position - Quadrant (CCM) Business Analyst

Location - Hartford, CT Onsite

Duration - Fulltime Positions

• Should have 10+ years' experience in Business Analyst role and exposure to CCM tools like
  Quadient, Ex stream etc.,
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and understand business needs for customer communications.
• Optimize and enhance existing communication process with innovative features available in CCM.
  700/s.
• Must have prior experience on communication template rationalization and normalization.
• Responsible for template optimization including review and validation of templates with business and product teams.
• Knowledge in any Customer Communication Management transformation/Migration projects would be added advantage, preferably legacy system to Quadient..
• Extensive experience in data input, data processing, layout design, imposition and output models.
• Good skills in use case analysis and documentation
• Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, client management and attention to detail.
• Should have basic knowledge on Java Script, Json, XML, postscript and AFP.
• Hands on in CCM document composition using Quadient suite - Inspire Designer, Interactive and
  Scalar.
