Sr. Business Analyst Job at Insight Global in Minneapolis

An employer is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join one of our top Utility clients in the Nation. The Business Analyst will be joining their application project delivery team and assisting in replacing their current SAP Work Manager software with a new solution. The team is looking for this BA to have specific Software Development or Application Delivery project experience and knowledge as well as previous experience handling RFP creation and assisting throughout the RFP lifecycle. This Business Analyst is accountable for gathering the business, technical and data requirements for Agile and waterfall teams supporting Xcel. The BA is responsible for gathering requirements, defining "as is" and "to be" Business processes, producing use cases, user stories, test cases and other documentation. We are also looking for someone who prides themselves on deck and presentation creation for any level within an organization. This project is just kicking off and you will be joining at the very beginning to be a part of an awesome team who are looking to make the experience for their Field workers more efficient!

Required Skills & Experience
-Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
-Direct experience with Software Development Lifecycle & Software Implementation background
-Hands-on experience with RFP/SOW creation and assisting throughout the RFP process
-Proven experience collecting and managing Business needs and requirements in both waterfall and Agile environments.
-Proven success documenting Business needs and requirements with a diverse group of stakeholders and delivering well written use cases and/or user stories that can be tied directly to design and test documents.
-Excellent presentation skills need to be able to tell a story for all levels within an organization
-Ability to review design documentation and test cases to ensure alignment and coverage of all requirements.
