ComResource is looking for a Technology Business Systems Analyst.

ComResource is seeking a Technology Business Systems Analyst who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about technology. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), experience with project coordination in Agile and Waterfall environments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word. This role requires a proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings with technology engineers and project managers to gather and document requirements, including scope, user stories, and deliverables.
  • Partner with Agile and Waterfall teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
  • Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations with technical and business stakeholders to maintain clarity and direction.
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and create documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essentials:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT organizations as a Business Systems Analyst producing project artifacts (e.g., scope and requirements documents).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall frameworks with the ability to transition seamlessly between methodologies.
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong resolve for customer service and satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Experience working on infrastructure projects, including system upgrades (e.g., Windows 11) and PC refresh initiatives.
