Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Epicor's Kinetic ERP (version 11 and up), collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to transforming business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for the Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Perform data mapping, system configuration, and process optimization to support the transition from Dataflow to Epicor Kinetic.
• Leverage SQL and C# to analyze, customize, and troubleshoot ERP functionalities.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to guide teams through Epicor Kinetic features and functionality.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and the new ERP system to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system workflows and user guides.
• Support testing and validation phases, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of ERP functionalities.

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP implementation and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP (version 11 and up) is required.
• Proficiency in SQL and C# for data analysis and ERP customization.
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to gather and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
• A collaborative, humble, and solutions-oriented personality with no ego.

• Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
