ComResource is looking for an IT Business Analyst.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new products, cross-platform features, and enhancements. Your ability to facilitate communication and ensure alignment will be key to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Facilitation:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology team members to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for new products and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Assist in backlog prioritization and grooming activities to align with business objectives.

Documentation:

• Transform functional and non-functional requirements into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with the Gherkin framework for documenting user stories.

Coordination:

• Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) change management process for assigned projects.
• Coordinate Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities in support of your user stories.
