Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collect, organize, and interpret data to support business decisions and project outcomes.
- Assist in coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and communicate progress.
- Track project progress, flag potential delays, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation using Excel and Word.
- Assist project managers by providing administrative support and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong networks.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with various stakeholders
