Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with U.S. Federal Government agencies and/or procurement process
- Manages and helps the team stay on top of tasks and does not drop the ball.
- Excellent organization and tracking abilities.
- Analyze requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposal (RFPs), and requests for quotation (RFQs)
- Ability to perform in-depth analytical research on prospective opportunities, partners, or competitors.
- Capable of inferring methods of researching information based on the nature, context, or likelihood of useful information.
- Comfortable performing deadline driven tasks and fostering participation from others.
- Coordinate, research, and implement plans designed to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
- Capable of presenting strategic or industry-related briefings to top executives.
- Ability to pick up the phone and call potential partners, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Google Gsuite, MS Office Suite, and minor graphics editing.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or another related field.
- 2-6 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Familiarity with Federal Agencies and government contracting in order to be conversant in terminology, policies, organizational structure, etc.
- Accomplished business developer who understands project management, contracts, and proposal development.
- Experience writing Request for Information (RFI) responses.
