BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business/Systems Analyst 2 Professional Job for an opportunity at Remote Position Title: Business/Systems Analyst 2 Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: Contract of 06 Months and (Hours per Week: 40) Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $45 - $47/hr. on w2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in technical field is required to be eligible for this role. Job Description: Summary: The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. Job Responsibilities: Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies Performs complex gap analyses across regulatory or other requirements in technical domains such as AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and cloud Gathers requirements from internal stakeholders and translates those into analysis, reports, and dashboards to help produce data driven contributions for our business Track and analyze policy-, industry-, and regulatory-related issues Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities Supports one or more highly complex business processes Works on multiple projects as a project team member Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required 2-4 years' experience required Basic knowledge of programming languages in order to comprehend reading code and basic functions Ability to build simple relational databases, some knowledge of SQL server, Python scripting Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Azure Data Studio etc.) Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions Preferred Qualifications: Experience or a background in audit, certification, and conformity assessment Experience performing complex gap analyses across regulatory or other requirements in technical domains Experience with international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, 9001, 42001, NIST 800-53, etc. Knowledge of/familiarity with domains such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and privacy Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and To view the full job description,
