Job Overview: LPL Financial is seeking an IAM Senior Business Analyst to join its Information Security department. The primary responsibility of this position is capture and document the Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements working with Access Management, IAM Governance, LPL Business Owner and Application Owner and multiple other stakeholders. The role will work closely with IAM Architects, Scrum Masters, Application developers and vendors to capture requirements, design, build, configure, test and implement IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans. Primary Responsibilities Participate in the requirement gathering of an IAM technical vision that can be articulated across functional groups, aligned with IAM projects, and that delivers needed business agility. Working with the Product owner and the team to create a tactical focus of refining the "What", "Why" and "When of priorities. Analyzing and documenting functional & nonfunctional requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Life cycle Management, Reporting, and analytics. Attends and collaborates in all team ceremonies and is available to the team answer questions about all business and technical requirement. Prior experience in creating IAM governance collaterals such as policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, Roles type and User Access Reviews etc. Good grasp of operational, regulatory, and other risks related the area of Access and Identity Lifecycle Services Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using a variety of techniques that include interviews, surveys, review of historical data, workshop sessions and structured walkthrough of the processes Able to work independently with business stakeholders to capture IAM use cases and define IAM processes. Client Management: experienced in effectively interacting and communicating with business partners. Experienced in managing multiple dependencies between IAM projects with a proven track record of successful IAM deployments. Good to have: Security and Risk Management knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, COBiT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and ITSG is preferred; knowledge of technological trends and developments in the area of information security and risk management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant work experience. 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, implementing enterprise Identity Management, Access Management and security solutions (E.g. SailPoint, CA, IBM, BMC, Sun, Oracle, Saviynt, ForgeRock, etc.) in client environments. 2 years direct experience working with Scrum/Kanban teams in an Agile environment. Familiarity and experience with Identity and Access Management (Single Sign-On, Authentication, Authorization, User Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Data) services and products. Experience and understanding of PAM and IAM concepts and best practices, such as Identity Lifecycle, Roles, RBAC, Segregations of Duty, and workflow development. Other Desired Skills and Traits Ability to describe highly technical information in an understandable level to any audience. Self-motivated (takes initiative), confident, reliable, and has personal accountability. Entrepreneurial perspective, self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to assume ownership and willingness to take responsibility and manage projects to completion. Must be a problem solver who brings solutions to the team and is willing to do what it takes to remove roadblocks and get things to done. General understanding of typical Enterprise Change Management processes and project/product documentation. Specific usage of ServiceNow is a bonus. Consistency and transparency while collaborating with stakeholders and communicating delivery expectations to the team. Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple technical and non-technical teams. Outstanding organizational skills Comfortable adapting and context switching to rapidly changing priorities in a fast paced environment. Working knowledge of the following methodologies, Agile, Kanban, SDLC, SAFe. Solid understanding of SOX requirements for access governance and experience working in SOX controlled environments. Experience utilizing Jira and Confluence to drive delivery and provide visibility. Ability to work with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams. Ability to work with multiple teams as well as technical and business personnel across the Enterprise. Pay Range: $90,200.00 - $150,300.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
