Responsibilities:
The Opportunity:
The main objective of this role is to provide support to the Franchise and Marketing teams for Puerto Rico and Jamaica Markets. The main responsibility is to provide business analysis and insights using data across information platforms and sources. This includes preparing volume trend analysis, Running Rates, Risks and Opps, as well as supporitn AOP and SDD processes. Support Business Initiatives through active participation in the PepsiCo Franchise, Distributors and Bottlers Go To Market Agendas. Lead administrative duties across brands working as a team with the Bottler, Distributor & internal/external multifunctional teams.
Your Impact:
As Franchise Asst Representative your scope would consist of:
- Ongoing communication and weekly status of projects with direct supervisor.
- Active participation in PepsiCo Franchise, Distributor and Bottlers Go To Market agendas.
- Collaborate with our regional Insights team delivering information regarding Puerto Rico and Jamaica Markets: Share brands performance, category behavior, sales trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Build, track and share commercial Kpis reports. (Daily Report, Weekly report, Brands scorecard).
- Lead the innovation process with BFSI ensuring timely delivery of Finished Goods.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, purchasing order & control processes.
- Follow up with Logistics processes: Imports, Innovation & Forecasting.
- Follow up on contracts development & vendor creation processes.
- Support on Business Reviews deliverable.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor Degree - Engineering, Business Administration or Finance.
- 1-3 year of work experience, preferably in mass consumption companies.
- Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel + PowerPoint) Intermediate Advanced.
- Intermediate English language skills Advanced.
