About the Role:

This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and client-focused environment, supporting financial advisors and branch employees with inquiries related to insurance licensing, product education, and policy maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver top-tier service.
  • Respond to financial advisor and branch employee inquiries via phone and case management systems.
  • Provide information and resolve issues using online resources while adhering to service quality standards.
  • Route processing requests to relevant teams and escalate unresolved inquiries as needed.
  • Achieve team and departmental service goals as set by MSSN management.
Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years, with 6-12 months in a call center or phone-interaction role.
  • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative diagnosis and resolution of client issues.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain positive client interactions.
  • Adaptability: Learn quickly and apply knowledge to varying situations.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professionalism: Recognize and handle difficult interactions diplomatically.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in insurance operations or related fields.
  • Familiarity with annuities or insurance products.
