We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business System Analyst to play a pivotal role in advancing work management solutions across the Energy Infrastructure sector. This position is integral to a transformative initiative aimed at creating a seamless, data-driven platform for managing work across Transmission, Storage, Distribution, and Customer Service functions. This role will help drive improvements in efficiency, safety, and decision-making through the deployment of a modern, agile, and user-centric work management solution.

Position Overview

Title: Sr. Business System Analyst

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within a 75-mile radius of Los Angeles, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days on-site each week.

Objective: To elevate work management capabilities across critical infrastructure areas, leveraging advanced technologies to deliver impactful, efficient solutions.

RequirementsQualifications and Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., Geographical Information Systems).
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in senior-level business application design, development, implementation, and enhancement within an online environment.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 integration with GIS, particularly in Spatial Asset Management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on ESRI ArcGIS platforms, including ArcGIS FieldMaps and ArcGIS Pro.
- Skilled in ArcGIS Portal/Enterprise using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Mobile GIS field applications on Windows and iOS, including the use of ArcGIS Runtime SDK.
- Programming and Database Proficiency: Expertise in .NET, C#, Python (with ESRI libraries), and SQL.
- In-depth understanding of spatial databases and real-time GIS applications with a focus on spatial data visualization.
- Experience with Machine Learning/AI applications in geospatial contexts.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the utilities industry is highly advantageous.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of DevOps practices, paired with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities. Experience working in a production or service-focused environment.
