Position Description:
LCG is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst who will play a pivotal role in the client innovation roadmap, utilizing their expertise to analyze, recommend, and implement improvements in business processes. This position requires a proactive approach to leveraging emerging technologies and fostering a culture of innovation to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead comprehensive analysis of operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
· Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to align business objectives with process improvements.
· Develop detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and technical specifications, to communicate current and future state processes effectively.
· Propose and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability across client programs.
· Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation, timeline management, and deliverable tracking, ensuring alignment with client strategic initiatives.
· Design, manage, and execute quality assurance (QA) processes, including creating test plans, developing test cases, and conducting tests to validate process improvements.
· Conduct hands-on testing of process changes and enhancements to ensure they meet defined business and technical requirements.
· Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, working with end users to ensure that new processes and system changes meet business needs and operational goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of innovative projects and solutions.
· Create and manage testing environments to simulate real-world operational conditions for UAT and QA purposes.
· Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies.
· Deliver training sessions and workshops to business units, ensuring successful knowledge transfer and implementation.
· Establish and maintain governance frameworks for innovation initiatives, ensuring compliance with client policies and standards.
· Document all testing results, track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues discovered during QA and UAT.
· Develop and execute effective communication strategies to inform stakeholders of process changes, project updates, and outcomes, ensuring clarity and engagement.
· Spearhead the development and piloting of innovative solutions, employing agile methodologies to iterate and refine concepts based on stakeholder feedback.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization, promoting best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business process analysis, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Expertise in process mapping and project management tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, MS Project, Jira).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/ML and cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity in day-to-day tasks, including drafting process documentation, generating reports, summarizing meeting notes, and preparing presentations.
- Capability to guide team members in leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot tools to improve collaboration and streamline workflows.
- Ability to craft precise and effective prompts to maximize the use of AI tools.
- General understanding of Generative AI and its practical applications in a client environment, with a focus on driving organizational and customer adoption.
- Experience with quality assurance and testing processes, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case development.
- Methodologies: Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum and other project management methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic vision with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $96,000 to $125,300 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary is $113,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
