Job Title: Quality Data Analyst
W2 Contract Duration: Nov 18, 2024 - Nov 21, 2025
Location: Onsite, Kentucky Distribution Center
Shift: Monday-Friday
Pay: $82-96/Hour
Position Overview:
This position as a Quality Data Analyst is based in an industry-leading global biotech distribution center that plays a crucial role in delivering life-saving products to patients. Working within the Quality team at the Kentucky Distribution Center (KDC), you’ll support key quality assurance processes and help ensure product compliance with industry standards. You’ll be involved in enhancing master data and quality processes in an ERP migration project (SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA) and will contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes and data governance within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Define and support data migration strategies to ensure accurate and complete transfer of Quality-related data during the ERP evolution from SAP ECC to S4/HANA.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the final quality and safety compliance of distributed products by overseeing Quality requirements, data validation, and site distribution operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate Quality processes using SAP and other systems.
- Stakeholder Support: Act as a point of contact for local Quality data concerns, collaborating with global teams to address data discrepancies and enhance user experience.
- Compliance Oversight: Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvements in Quality operations, with a strong focus on cGMP, Health Authority practices, and data integrity.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Industry Background: 7+ years in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically within a Quality or Manufacturing role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP ECC with familiarity in SAP S4/HANA, as well as experience in Quality management applications like Veeva.
- Quality Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principles.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with an agile approach to problem resolution.
- Process Improvement: Experience with Lean methodologies or Lean Production System fundamentals is a plus.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for efficient stakeholder engagement.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required.
