Essential Functions:

  1. Support the Line of Business nCino users by troubleshooting inquiries, logging & tracking issues and assisting in triaging situations
  2. Understand & analyze cross-functional impacts of business requirements to configuration, process, workflow and reporting, and incorporate into user support interactions
  3. Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day support of the nCino platform users: answer questions, help with access and usage requests and needs, identify issues and work with the appropriate parties on remediation
  4. Maintain and improve knowledge base & training material accessible by support team and business users to minimize cases and avoid repeat issue escalation
  5. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for various teams
  6. Provide support to the Salesforce/nCino user base which includes configuration fixes and enhancements, system maintenance, system updates and enhancements of the platform, etc.
  7. Support the integration with other enterprise systems or applications and will collaborate with team to develop or maintain processes to continuously improve data quality processing integrity and productivity
  8. Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues
  9. Identify, diagnose, and resolve end user problems in an effective, timely and courteous manner
  10. Create, update, and manage nCino Support Cases. This would include researching documentation available in nCino’s Community platform, clearly defining the issue, and actively working with nCino’s Support Services team to resolve the case.
  11. Partner with Sr. Salesforce Admin and or nCino Team to drive solutions while collaborating with multiple teams and business units.
  12. Setup and/or update user records in Salesforce for new and existing users, which would include but not limited to their profile, permission sets, roles, license management, cost tracking, etc.
  13. Design and develop the Salesforce/nCino UI/ configuration based on the business requirements and enhance the system accordingly
  14. Support with Admin testing and User testing
  15. Implement Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): assignment rules, approval processes, fields, profiles and permissions, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, customer metadata, dashboards, and reports, etc.
  16. Keep up-to-date on new product releases and features
  17. Support Credit Administration with other strategic projects.
  18. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in financial services with solid understanding of relationship management and/or credit underwriting
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS or IT related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience as a technical business systems administrator, analyst and/or other similar relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certified highly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightening is required
  • Experience in Commercial Lending/Credit is highly preferred
  • Prior banking or financial services industry experience is highly preferred
  • Familiar with developing automation with Salesforce automation tools like using flows, process builders, workflows, approval process, etc.
  • Exceptional people skills, which involve working with internal and external customers
  • Strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Solution mindset, project-oriented, desire to learn and upskill, dynamic and adapt to change well.
  • Must be able to thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive, and team-oriented environment
