Job Description
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company’s vision of achieving Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize processes and strategies, particularly within the automotive and consumer experience domains across various international markets. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a safer, more sustainable world by leveraging data-driven insights and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.

As a Business Analyst Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Identifying process/technology gaps within the dealer environment, developing processes and solutions, and communicating requirements/user stories to the Global Brand & Regional Development team.
- Evaluating and leveraging consumer trends, customer research, and market conditions.
- Upholding the automotive manufacturing companies core beliefs and behaviors necessary to maintain a productive team culture without inhibiting individuality and personal diversity.
- Business and technical requirements elicitation and prioritization based on capacity of Development Team and Business Teams' priorities.
- Developing comprehensive user acceptance testing/training plans that are executed and applications are successfully transitioned into production.
- Championing global business requirements for the future state design of the SAP Vehicle Billing and Account Receivable solution to enable better, faster, easier standard global business processes.
- Utilizing SQL to manipulate data based on the end users' specific needs and identifying consumer trends.
- Facilitating requirement sessions with team members and building comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests.
- Facilitating user acceptance testing, documenting the test results, and helping procure business approvals.
- Working with business owners/SMEs to understand automation opportunities and analyze them to identify process changes that need to happen.
- Performing root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues.
- Hosting user acceptance testing (UAT) status meetings throughout execution phase of a project and provide status reports to wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements
You have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the automotive or consumer experience sectors.
- Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the automotive supply chain in Brazil, including key players, logistics networks, and regulatory requirements. Experience in supply chain management within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with South American regulations, specific to Brazil, related to automotive manufacturing, environmental standards, and trade. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance across all business activities.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis for Brazil.
- Experience working in international markets is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior analysis and customer experience optimization strategies.
- Experience defining, documenting, and providing guidance on processes.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback, identify pain points, and develop strategies to enhance the overall customer journey in the Brazil market.
- Experience communicating analytical outcomes through written communication to both business and technical teams.
You might also have:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable to facilitate effective communication with local suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple countries. Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly.
- Experience in creating Test case scripts for regression/functional testing.
- Proven project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 90,000 - 130,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
