We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team . As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our production facility, working with cutting-edge technologies and equipment to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, production, and quality control teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation, CNC machinery, and advanced manufacturing technologies, and be driven to help us maintain a safe, productive, and high-quality manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, robotic arms, and automated systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
Use computer systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, MES) to monitor machine performance, report issues, and analyze production data.
Assist with the setup and calibration of new equipment and production lines.
Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
Support production teams with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time.
Assist in the development of work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Work with cross-functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) and product redesigns.

Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
Associate’s degree or technical certification in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of [2] years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, robotics, PLCs, and other automated manufacturing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Knowledge of quality control systems and production process optimization techniques.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing) or advanced manufacturing technologies.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and software (e.g., MES, SCADA, IoT platforms) for process monitoring and optimization.
Previous experience in [industry-specific applications, e.g., automotive, medical devices, electronics].
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
